Dawlish Warren is situated on the South Devon Coast between the mouth of the Exe Estuary and the seaside resort town of Dawlish.

Dawlish Warren beach was recently voted the Country’s 8th best beach by 1,200 children throughout the country; with its stretching, safe, smooth & sandy beach – a haven for sandcastles!

Also worth noting are Dawlish Warren Amusements, a collection of arcades, eateries, shops, go carts, bumper cars and other fair attractions.

With its abundance of unique plants & precious birds and wildlife, a stroll around the ‘Warren’ and its outstanding natural beauty can serve as an educational experience for both youngsters & adults alike, as well as a thoroughly enjoyable Dawlish Warren experience.

Alternatively, and also located on the ‘Warren’, is Dawlish Warren Golf Club, a challenging course with water, wind & wildlife to watch out for!

Dawlish Devon

Located just one mile west of Dawlish Warren and our Dawlish Warren Caravan Park is Dawlish. A quaint seaside town with an abundance of architectural history and famous for it’s black Dawlish swans, Dawlish town is a fantastic place to spend a few hours.

There are many things to do in Dawlish; Slowly wander up the rivulet, more commonly known as Dawlish Water and Lawn, too with a focus on birds. By day an ideal location for family relaxation watching swans, ducks & wildfowl undertaking their daily activities, with signets earnestly trying to keep up with their mothers! By night a vibrant mix of coloured lights reflecting upon the water, creating a rather romantic ambience for an evening stroll.

Both Dawlish & Dawlish Warren are well served by local rail, with trains running through both locations every half an hour, en route to Exeter and Torquay.
