All holiday caravans at Peppermint Park are are in private ownership, having been bought as holiday homes. However, we are able to let a number of these luxury caravan holiday homes on behalf of the individual owners under our fully managed Devon holiday sub-letting scheme.

The caravan holiday homes are of the highest standard, all having achieved the prestigious Rose Award, with all having superb private timber decks. All caravan holiday homes are at least 12’ wide, are double glazed, centrally heated and equipped to very high standards for the perfect Devon family holiday.

Dogs and other pets are NOT permitted in caravan holiday homes at Peppermint Park *
All caravan holiday homes are non-smoking accommodation *
Towels and tea-towels are NOT provided in caravan holiday homes
A refundable Security Deposit of £100 will be taken against a valid credit card (PIN verification required) on day of arrival. The security deposit will only be deducted at the end of your holiday if the accommodation is not left in a clean and tidy condition; if breakages are not reported and paid for; and if the key is not returned.
